Routine cleaning: Offices, conference rooms, restrooms, hallways, lobbies, elevators, stairways, common areas, and occupied operational spaces.
Frequency: Daily weekday cleaning, weekly/monthly/quarterly floor and detail cleaning, and annual interior/exterior window cleaning.
Day porter: Monday-Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Special services: Quarterly pressure washing, sanitation/disinfection response, and water extraction/drying response as needed.
Provider responsibility: Include labor, supervision, equipment, tools, cleaning supplies, materials, and incidentals.
