What the job is
York Home: Scrape loose paint, pressure wash exterior, apply oil-based bonding primer, and paint entire exterior including doors and windows with two coats of oil-based exterior lifetime warranty satin paint in white.
Gristmill: Repair loose siding and trim, scrape loose paint, apply oil-based bonding primer, and paint entire exterior with two coats of oil-based exterior lifetime warranty satin paint matching existing colors.
Roof: Remove existing metal roof on the Gristmill and install new galvanized corrugated full-length metal roofing with ridge cap, trim, and 1.5-inch galvanized screws.
Additional work: Remove and reinstall gutters, install new downspouts matching existing gutter color, and lay matching stones on two missing pier areas.
Schedule: Work to be completed by November 30, 2026, with regular work hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Requirements: Active Tennessee contractor license classification BC-B(sm), BC-B, or BC-C; cleanup and debris removal included.
