Removal: Remove and dispose of all existing gutters, downspouts, and mounting hardware on both buildings.
Replacement: Install commercial-grade, seamless 6-inch K-style gutters or equivalent, with professional leaf guards on all gutters.
Drainage: Provide adequate downspouts and splash guards, proper slope, leak-free joints, and weather-resistant fasteners to prevent overflow.
Repairs and cleanup: Repair building or siding damage caused by removal and clear all work debris. Include all labor, materials, and equipment.
Schedule: Complete by December 1, 2026. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, excluding holidays.
