Removal and preparation: Remove and dispose of existing wall coverings and old adhesive; prepare clean, dry, smooth surfaces. Two designated classrooms are excluded from removal.
New covering: Supply and install 400 linear feet of 6 mil vinyl wall covering in white or light off-white, extending from the cove base to 48 inches above the finished floor.
Installation: Follow adhesive manufacturer instructions, roll covering flat and bubble-free, and ensure level installation with plumb, flush seams and no gaps or overlaps.
Included costs: All labor, materials, tools, equipment, disposal, and final cleanup.
Site access: Personnel must complete background checks and have REAL ID compliant identification.
