System: Furnish and install one electrically operated operable partition system, including track, operating components, electrical components, hardware, and accessories.
Removal: Remove and dispose of the existing partition; include debris removal and final cleanup.
Installation: Include all labor, materials, equipment, delivery, testing, adjustment, and commissioning for a fully functional system installed to manufacturer requirements and applicable codes.
Closeout: Provide manufacturer warranty, documentation, and any required training.
Site visit: Mandatory walkthrough on October 29, 2026, at 9:00 AM Mountain Time.
Schedule: Preferred completion during March 22–28, 2027; all work must be completed by June 30, 2027. Please include delivery lead time.
