Restrooms: Construct three single-occupant, ADA-compliant restrooms on the Lower, Main, and Upper Levels within approximately 2,000 square feet of improvements.
Building upgrades: Modify door hardware, closers, operators, casework, plumbing fixtures, and signage to meet 2024 IBC/IEBC and 2017 ICC/ANSI A117.1 requirements.
Separate alternate pricing: Sensory Room 015A remodel with electrical; northwest exterior concrete stair repairs and new handrails; Break Room 045 countertop, base cabinet, sink, and faucet replacement; and Vending Area 145 countertops with electrical.
Schedule and phasing: Anticipated start January 4, 2027, with approximately 5–6 months of construction. Building remains occupied; include access, egress, noise, and dust controls. Complete demolition and high-noise work before January 19 where possible.
Labor: Include applicable prevailing wages and certified payroll reporting costs.
