Services: Programming, design, construction documents, estimating, bidding support, construction administration, and closeout under a Construction Manager at Risk delivery method.
Disciplines: Architecture, surveying, civil, landscape, structural, MEP, school kitchen, technology/security, and interiors/furnishings design; traffic study, abatement design and oversight, and construction testing.
BIM: OHIOBIMS-compliant models and data, including design coordination, record models, and enhanced asset information.
Related work: Six existing school abatement/demolition projects totaling approximately 429,773 SF.
Site coverage: Minimum 16 hours of on-site construction administration weekly during construction, excluding travel, with meetings and written field reports.
Schedule: Services begin January 2027; construction starts May 2028; new school substantially complete May 2030; all work complete December 2030; professional services end March 2031.
