Removal: Remove existing fabric and deliver it to 3700 W Military Hwy, Building D, McAllen, TX 78501.
Fabric: Gale Pacific Commercial NinetyFive (95), 340 GSM, ASTM E84 Class A. Owner selects colors and provides logo and lettering artwork.
Installation: Prepare and reuse existing steel supports; include matching grommets, cable fasteners, seam adhesives, and all required installation components.
Measurements: Visit the site and field verify all dimensions, quantities, and existing conditions before quoting.
Pricing: Include materials, labor, equipment, delivery, permits, and cleanup; provide anticipated start and completion timeframes. Work is during normal campus operating hours.
