Schedule: Weekly Monday pickup of soiled linens and Thursday delivery of clean linens.
Stock: Supply and maintain 150 twin-size blankets, 200 twin-size flat sheets, 100 pillowcases, and 300 standard bath towels.
Carts and packaging: Provide three linen carts weekly and sufficient closed carts for soiled linens. Package clean linens in impervious plastic bags labeled with contents.
Inventory and replenishment: Inventory and replenish onsite stock, provide delivery receipts, and deliver additional linens within four hours for urgent discrepancies. Linens and carts remain vendor-owned; ordinary inventory losses are the vendor's responsibility.
Service term: Anticipated start July 1, 2027, for one year, with four optional annual renewals.
Pricing: Include per-pound or weekly rates and all delivery, service, special-order, and other applicable charges.
