Term and volume: January 1, 2027–December 31, 2029; estimated annual volume of approximately 3,708,600 printed pieces.
Printing: Books, booklets, brochures, rack cards, posters, flat sheets, and multipart carbonless forms; black, spot-color, and full-color printing with item-specific paper, binding, folding, perforation, and shrink-wrapping requirements. Include paper manufacturer and brand in your quote.
Production: Proofs within two working days of request; stock ready to ship within 15 working days after proof approval. Exact quantities required, with no overruns or underruns.
Storage and fulfillment: Store inventory, monitor replenishment levels, and process orders received twice daily with one-day picking and shipping turnaround. Fulfillment and shipping preparation must be performed in-house.
Shipping: Estimated 75,000 picks and 8,000 shipments annually; labeled packages, packing lists, online tracking, and weekly shipment and inventory reports. Ground shipping uses the supplied courier account.
Pricing: Provide per-1,000 pricing by item covering printing, binding, packaging, and storage, plus separate per-pick and shipment-preparation charges. Include required cost-line typesetting and storage without additional storage fees.
