Packet assembly: Fold ballots and assemble with supplied envelopes, instructions, and notices; print election alerts and personalized voter information with barcodes. Use automated matching and duplicate prevention.
Proofs and test decks: Provide physical proofs of all ballot styles and complete packets, plus two stub-free test ballots per ballot style.
Data and mailing: Provide secure file uploads, processing confirmation, ballot tracking, USPS barcoding, presorting, mailing documentation, and audit reports within 12 hours of USPS delivery.
Turnaround: Deliver daily files received by 5 p.m. by 2 p.m. the next business day; support required weekend and holiday processing and final-Saturday delivery.
Pricing: Provide one fixed per-packet rate for the full volume range, including printing, assembly, packaging, storage, mailing preparation, and delivery. List artwork, setup, and any other applicable charges separately.
