Equipment per location: Either one metal SAFE cart (32" W × 72" L × 43" H; approximately 800 lbs) plus one wooden box (29" W × 48" L × 40" H; approximately 400 lbs), or two metal SAFE carts.
Schedule: Deliver Monday–Friday the week before each election; pick up Wednesday–Friday of election week. Routes are provided, with half-day appointment coordination available.
Handling: Provide vehicles, crews, liftgates, pallet jacks, ramps, and securement equipment suitable for these loads.
Service term: Two years, with election volumes varying up to approximately 141 locations and no guaranteed minimum.
Pricing: Include separate per-location delivery and pickup rates, a total for 141 locations, minimum charges, and all additional fees.
Qualifications: Include fleet details, proof of liability and workers' compensation insurance, and two references for similar moves.
