Removal: Remove existing window treatments as needed; protect and prepare existing roller shades for storage, dispose of horizontal blinds, and clean up debris.
New shades: SWP Pro Series manual solar shades with Crosshatch S300 fabric, 3% openness, Steel Gray, and clear anodized front fascia; surface-mounted single, dual, and coupled configurations per drawings. Field-verify dimensions before fabrication.
Spare units: Include 5% extra full-size shades for each size and color, with a minimum of two units.
Schedule: Phased installation coordinated with Janssen Glass from November 2026 through June 15, 2027. Allow for weekly site visits; work hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., excluding holidays.
Site access: Include background checks and fingerprinting costs for installation personnel.
