Customization: Embroidered chest logos and badges, sewn shoulder patches, screen-printed T-shirts, embroidered caps, and engraved nameplates.
Ordering portal: WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility with compliance documentation, individual accounts, allowance balance tracking, and split payments using secure credit cards.
Fulfillment: Maintain inventory to fulfill orders within 10 business days; prepaid shipping included and free returns for incorrect, defective, or improperly sized items.
Pricing and billing: Itemized unit prices by brand, style, and color, including customization and freight; exclude sales tax. Prices firm for 24 months, with monthly billing for fulfilled orders, net 30, and quarterly usage reports.
