Pole replacement: Replace selected 25-foot and 35-foot steel light poles and concrete bases; salvage and reinstall existing lights and cameras where indicated.
Materials: All required 35-foot poles and 59 of the 25-foot poles are available from facility stock. Include pickup, mounting accessories, base covers, and remaining specified poles.
Painting: Prepare and repaint all existing poles that remain using the specified epoxy and polyurethane coating system; repaint pole numbers.
Site work: Include utility scanning, hydro-vac exploratory excavation, electrical reconnections, testing, and restoration of disturbed surfaces.
Scheduling: Anticipated start is March 2027, with substantial completion in March 2028. Coordinate outages at least two weeks ahead; provide temporary power for outages exceeding two hours.
