What the job is
Performance: Heat domestic water from 60°F to 140°F with 110 psi city-water supply; existing boilers supply 180°F water at 630 GPM to the heat exchanger tubes.
Installation: Include removal and disposal, labor, materials, lifting equipment, piping adjustments and reconnections, new tank piping and insulation, and repair of disturbed piping insulation to match existing finish.
Schedule: Equipment delivery within 30 days of order receipt; complete installation within 10 days of starting construction. Work Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Eastern, coordinated to limit disruption.
Qualifications and warranty: Minimum five years of related experience and current South Carolina IP-4, PB-4, HT-4, EL-4, and BL-4 licenses; manufacturer’s standard warranty and one-year workmanship warranty.
