Full replacement: Replace the basin manifold from within 2 feet of the north wall to the two flanged connections beneath the fans. Price three options separately: ASTM A53 Type E or F Schedule 40 carbon steel, 304 Schedule 10 stainless steel, and Schedule 80 PVC.
Limited replacement: Separately price replacing the 16-inch tee with Schedule 40 carbon steel from approximately 6 feet north of the tee to just beyond both 16-inch-to-12-inch transitions, subject to confirming the remaining pipe is sound.
Installation: Include an ASME Section IX certified welder for pipe and flange welding, replacement of flange hardware and seals, and all labor, materials, and travel. Plan for work while the tower is shut down from approximately November through February.
