Boiler: Furnish and install one new Raypak H7-1104A MVB hydronic boiler in the existing outdoor location.
Removal: Isolate and drain the hydronic loop; disconnect, remove, and dispose of the existing boiler, flue vent, and debris.
Connections: Reuse suitable existing electrical, gas, and hydronic supply/return connections. Defective components will be addressed separately.
Vent and sensor: Install a new flue vent system and system temperature sensor at the outlet of the closely spaced tees, including necessary piping and fittings.
Commissioning: Refill and purge the loop, check leaks and operating pressure, and test boiler operation, temperature controls, sensor, and venting.
Installation: Licensed plumbing or mechanical contractor; include all labor, materials, equipment, and cleanup. Regular work hours are Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–4 p.m. Central Time.
Site visit: Optional walkthrough October 14, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. Central Time; check in at Building 643.
