What the job is
Treatments: Control Tree of Heaven using Triclopyr herbicide; apply Dinotefuran Tree Care 70WSP or equivalent to designated trees and Bifenthrin broadcast spray at mid-label rate.
Tree and debris management: Leave treated trees standing, cut and leave in place, or chip and leave on site with chips measuring no more than 1 inch in two dimensions, as assigned.
Resources and qualifications: Include all labor, equipment, pesticides, and materials. Minimum two years of relevant experience and a permanent Pennsylvania Certified Commercial Pesticide Applicator certified in categories 6 and 10, with a licensed applicator at each job site.
Pricing: Provide unit rates by treatment method and tree diameter, per 1,000 square feet for foliar treatment, and per acre for broadcast spraying. Property locations, quantities, and schedules will be provided for each assignment.
