Tree treatment: One annual treatment for bees and other stinging insects in designated trees.
As-needed services: Interior spider and mouse treatments priced per service call; bed bug inspection, chemical treatment, and heat treatment priced separately per room/area, including necessary follow-up.
Pricing: Quote monthly service, annual tree treatment, and the annual total for a one-year term, including all labor, equipment, chemicals, supplies, travel, and service reports.
Qualifications: Current Utah Commercial Pesticide Applicator License, at least three years of experience, and liability coverage of $1 million per occurrence/$3 million aggregate.
