Rodent control: Supply and place traps, check monthly, remove captured pests, and bait vole holes. No CO2 at Lewiston; include CO2 vole control at Saint Anthony (15 hours/year) and Nampa (24 hours/year), with hourly rates listed separately.
Treatment requirements: Use non-staining chemicals and products suitable for food areas and reasonably non-hazardous to juveniles in occupied areas. Secure traps against juvenile access. No carpenter ant wall injections or onsite storage.
Staff and scheduling: Minimum three years in business and two years of relevant technician experience. Background checks and fingerprinting required. Service weekdays, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. local time, excluding holidays; emergency attendance by 1 p.m. the next business day.
Pricing: Provide itemized monthly charges and an all-inclusive annual total for each location you can serve, with prices fixed for one year.
