Coverage: At least monthly interior and exterior treatment of all buildings identified on the property map, including accessible pipe chases and maintenance rooms.
Pests: Rodents, roaches, silverfish, moths, spiders, crickets, scorpions, and other crawling insects; termites and bedbugs excluded. Inspect exterior areas for fire ants each visit and treat as needed.
Service guarantee: Return within 48 hours of re-treatment notification; provide a 60-day treatment warranty.
Schedule and access: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., subject to schedule changes. Secure facility with staff background checks, entry/exit searches, tool inventories, and an escort throughout service.
Supplies: Provide all tools, equipment, and approved pesticides; remove everything after each visit. Supply chemical safety data sheets and obtain advance approval of equipment inventories.
