Meetings and outreach: Include one in-person kickoff, at least three local planning meetings, three workshops, and three public meetings, each with a virtual option; provide monthly progress meetings and an online survey or comment portal.
Plan development: Prepare prioritized mitigation actions, maintenance procedures, draft and final plans, and editable source files; include revisions and support through final review, adoption, and approval.
Timeline: Approximately 12–18 months.
Pricing: Provide a not-to-exceed lump sum with a task-based breakdown, including data collection, travel, meeting materials, mapping, and all revisions. Identify assumptions affecting price.
