Installation: Complete planting by November 30, 2026. Include labor, equipment, delivery, utility locating, PHC Tree Saver Mycorrhizal Fungi Inoculant by Mycor, and planting per ANSI A300 and ISA practices.
Protection: Include staking as needed, 2–4 inches of woody mulch, 6-foot plastic deer tubing cut to fit, and a minimum 20-gallon watering bag per tree.
Watering: Water in at installation as conditions permit; include weekly bag filling for two months beginning April 15, 2027, plus any watering needed before dormancy.
Guarantee: Two-year tree replacement guarantee and a two-year maintenance bond of up to 15% of project cost.
Qualifications: New Jersey Board of Tree Experts business registration and an on-staff New Jersey Licensed Tree Expert.
Pricing: Provide separate pricing for each species and a combined total covering supply, installation, and required care.
