Term and pricing: Five years with an optional five-year renewal; anticipated start January 9, 2027. Provide an annual lease payment per allowable animal unit and first-year total for 75 animal units.
Grazing: Cattle only; stocking reviewed annually, with a minimum of 85% of the allowable stocking rate.
Fencing: Replace 3,895 feet of boundary fence and 10,560 feet of interior fence; repair 7,351 feet of boundary fence; install 391 feet of new fence. Perimeter fencing requires at least five strands of barbed wire; cross fencing requires four.
Land maintenance: Manage pasture, herd, fencing, and invasive plants under a five-year stewardship plan. Invasive plant treatments required at least three times annually, covering at least 20% of the acreage each year.
Qualifications: Ten years of beef production experience, management of at least 700 Florida acres within the past two years, three references, current Florida Cow/Calf BMP enrollment, and Florida Cattlemen's Association membership.
