Scope: Remove graffiti from metal, concrete, stone, and other surfaces using painting, chemical cleaning, or abrasive methods; blend finishes with surrounding surfaces and repair cleaning damage.
Equipment: Provide all labor, materials, tools, and motorized access equipment for elevated or inaccessible areas.
Schedule: Two-year service period, typically 2–3 days per month, Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–3 p.m. Begin within 72 hours of notification; emergency response by the next calendar day. Complete assignments within 15 business days.
Traffic control: Include signs and channelizing devices; provide flaggers and a 6 ft × 3 ft arrow board when required for multilane highway closures.
Pricing: Provide an hourly crew rate and separate rates for emergency/night/weekend mobilization, arrow board use, and flaggers. Include travel between sites; travel at the start and end of the day is not billable.
