Service period: January 1–December 31, 2027, with optional extensions for 2028 and 2029. Please provide separate rates for each year.
Labor rates: Hourly pricing for a signal technician, signal mechanic, equipment operator, and foreman.
Equipment rates: Hourly pricing for a service vehicle, bucket truck, crane/ladder truck, auger truck, backhoe, dump truck, compressor, earth trencher, and wheel trencher. Include an eight-hour total for the auger truck.
Resources: Provide all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, and supplies.
Qualifications: Minimum five years in business and three years of relevant experience, with three to five current references. Work must be performed without subcontractors.
