Transportation: Ambulatory and/or wheelchair-accessible transport for passengers with disabilities; wheelchair vehicles require a ramp or lift and tie-downs.
Passenger support: Assistance entering and exiting vehicles, reading documents, taking notes, sighted guidance, and carrying work materials up to 50 pounds.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–6 p.m. Eastern Time, with occasional extended hours or overnight travel; arrive 15 minutes before pickup.
Vehicles and drivers: Insured, inspected vehicles with roadside assistance; ambulatory vehicles must have four doors and fewer than 250,000 miles. Drivers must be at least 21, have acceptable three-year driving records, and complete annual background checks.
Insurance: Vehicle coverage of at least $100,000 per person/$300,000 aggregate and $50,000 property damage; ancillary-service liability coverage of $500,000 per person/$2 million per occurrence.
Rates: Established hourly rates are $45 for ambulatory transport and $57.50 for wheelchair transport, including approved wait time; mileage is reimbursed separately. Please identify the services you can provide and confirm acceptance of these rates.
