Scope: Remove litter and bulky debris from interstate medians, shoulders, and interchange areas, from pavement edges to the right-of-way boundary or tree line, whichever is closer.
Disposal and safety: Include all labor, equipment, traffic control, hauling, and approved disposal fees. Remove collected debris daily and provide landfill tickets.
Schedule: On-call year-round, with approximately 12 cycles annually; daylight work only, excluding Sundays and holidays. Anticipated start is January 19, 2027, for one year with two possible annual renewals.
Pricing: Quote an all-inclusive rate per centerline mile by county, capped at $275 per mile. Listed quantities are estimates of 60 miles per county; actual work may vary.
