What the job is

Maintenance: Include repairs, replacements, fuel, fluids, and operating attachments unless otherwise agreed. Routine maintenance must occur after normal work hours.
Operators and usage: Provide qualified operators when requested; equipment rented hourly without an operator must have an hour meter. Hourly payment is based on operating time unless otherwise agreed.
