What the job is
Outdoor unit: Remove and dispose of the existing 6-ton Trane TWA073D30RAA condenser, single compressor, R-410A. Install one like-in-kind heat pump compatible with the existing system and electrical service. All installed equipment must be U.S. manufactured.
Connections and controls: Include all fittings, line sets, refrigerant, electrical connections, auxiliary heat staging, and accessories. Install a non-programmable digital thermostat with new control wiring as needed, independent of the existing DDC network.
Option A—price separately: Remove and dispose of the indoor AHU; install a factory-matched 6-ton commercial AHU with new electric heat elements and required duct transitions.
Option B—price separately: Retain the indoor AHU; replace the evaporator coil with an OEM or approved equivalent 6-ton heat pump coil, bi-flow TXV, and condensate drain pan.
Startup and warranty: Verify heating and cooling operation, correct startup deficiencies, and provide a one-year workmanship warranty plus equipment warranty documentation. Field-verify dimensions and existing conditions for pricing.
