Online store and security: WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility, student SSO, course-based booklists, pickup/shipping options, PCI DSS compliance, and role-based access.
Implementation: Configuration, NetSuite data migration, integration testing, staff training, hardware as needed, and go-live support. Identify compatibility with existing Microsoft Surface Pro devices and thermal label printers.
Pricing: Itemize implementation, hardware, integrations, training, payment fees, and three years of licensing, maintenance, and support; separate POS, eCommerce, and ERP costs. Include an implementation timeline and support coverage.
