Software: Core POS plus at least one additional module: admissions/ticketing, activities, facility management, merchandise/inventory, memberships, donations, or concessions. Include mobile and online payments and role-based access.
Implementation: Project management, configuration, data migration from RecTrac, Shopify, and DonorBox as applicable, reporting, testing, training, and go-live support.
Integrations: Tyler EERP (Munis), Outlook calendar, and a desired bidirectional Blackbaud Altru interface.
Hosting and support: U.S. data residency, PCI-DSS compliance, security, backups, ongoing maintenance, and support.
Pricing and schedule: Itemize implementation, required hardware, and five years of software fees; target go-live is summer 2027.
