What the job is
Schedule: Monday–Friday coverage, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m., excluding college holidays. Green Grove mats and Training Grounds floors must be clean and dry before 8:00 a.m.
Cleaning: Daily trash and recycling removal, vacuuming, floor care, restroom cleaning and restocking, and surface sanitizing; weekly dusting and floor buffing; monthly vent and blind dusting; semiannual interior window cleaning.
Supplies and staffing: Include labor, supervision, background checks, equipment, chemicals, dispensers, and consumables, including recycled paper products, two-ply toilet tissue, soap, and trash liners.
Pricing: Provide monthly cleaning and supply costs, plus separate per-occurrence rates for emergency cleaning, weekend events, carpet cleaning, and floor stripping, waxing, and buffing. Plan major carpet and floor maintenance twice yearly.
