Cleaning: Routine and deep cleaning, restroom sanitation and restocking, trash and recycling removal, glass cleaning, carpet extraction, and hard-floor maintenance.
Dining: Front-of-house cleaning only at Dining Commons and Lakeside in Statesboro, and The Galley and Chick-fil-A in Savannah.
Schedule and staffing: Building-specific service five to seven days weekly, required shifts and day porters, APPA Levels 2–3, and an on-site manager with shift supervision.
Supplies: Include labor, equipment, cleaning products, paper products, soap, and trash liners.
Additional services: Event cleaning, setup and takedown, plus 24-hour emergency coverage with a 30-minute response.
Experience: Minimum seven years in custodial services, with three comparable higher education accounts serviced for at least five years.
Pricing: Provide cost per cleanable square foot, monthly pricing by building, per-cleaning rates for as-needed facilities, and an all-inclusive hourly rate for supplemental event services.
