Response times: Acknowledge staffing requests within one business day; submit qualified candidates within three business days when available; provide urgent vacancy and replacement plans within one business day.
Term and pricing: From contract execution through June 30, 2027, with no guaranteed staffing volume. Include hourly employee wages, markup, fully loaded hourly bill rates by category, and any additional fees.
