What the job is
Heat pumps: Install dual-zone, 1.5-ton ductless mini-split systems in 25 units, with one indoor head in the living room and one in the bedroom. Equipment must meet at least 18 SEER2 and 8.7 HSPF. Complete each unit’s HVAC work in one day with working heating and cooling for the resident.
Removal: Decommission existing wall furnaces and cooling equipment; seal unused gas lines and ducts, and patch and paint affected areas.
Weatherization: Price air sealing, door weather-stripping and sweeps, and LED lighting across up to 40 units, based on site assessments.
