Service period: Three years beginning February 25, 2027, with no guaranteed service volume and firm pricing throughout.
Emergency coverage: Available 24/7 year-round, with a response within one hour and technicians on site within four hours.
Access and qualifications: Active California C-20 license and background-cleared personnel required. Some remote sites require lightweight four-wheel-drive service vehicles.
Materials and standards: New commercial-grade parts meeting or exceeding OEM specifications, available within 72 hours of approval; follow manufacturer, SMACNA, and ASHRAE requirements. Minimum 90-day labor and materials warranty.
Pricing: Provide separate hourly rates for weekdays 7 a.m.–5 p.m. Pacific, weekday after-hours, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, plus markup percentages for materials and specialized equipment rentals. Include travel and overhead in labor rates.
