Boilers: Replace three boilers with Lochinvar Crest Hellcat units and new circulation pumps.
Range ventilation: Replace two exhaust fans, two gas-fired makeup air units, and exhaust filtration; include industrial hygienist recertification.
Controls: Install Alerton Compass 2 BAS with new VAV controllers, sensors, and controlled devices; integrate rooftop units via BACnet. No alternate BAS permitted.
Lighting: Replace interior and exterior fixtures and controls with energy-efficient lighting. Install P1, P2, and P3 LED fixtures on existing poles; existing cameras remain.
Installation: Include removal, disposal, connections, patching, testing, balancing, and commissioning. Coordinate access to the continuously staffed secure facility and install lighting during HVAC equipment lead time.
