What the job is
Scope: Service engines, generators, controls, fuel systems, and automatic transfer switches across a mixed-brand generator fleet.
Availability: Two-hour emergency response, 24/7; respond to scheduling requests within 24 hours. Minimum three trained technicians with fully equipped service trucks and a mobile generator with self-contained fuel for immediate delivery.
Repair pricing: Provide hourly rates for weekdays 7 a.m.–3 p.m., nights/weekends/holidays, and emergencies; inspection visit costs; and one discount percentage off parts selling prices, with no markups. Bill on-site labor only, excluding travel.
Load bank testing: Quote NFPA-compliant two- and four-hour tests for units below and above 1,000 kW, including written reports and 50 feet of cable; price additional cable per foot.
Mobile rentals: Weekly rates for 35–100, 125–200, 300, 500, 1,000, 1,500, and 2,000 kW generators; rental cables priced per foot per cable.
Service term: Up to one year, with 0–250 service calls and no guaranteed minimum. Provide all repair tools and equipment and new, unused parts.
