Generator: One 1400–1600 amp, three-phase silent diesel generator with redundant capability; minimum 100 kW, maximum 60 dB at 7 meters, minimum 200-liter tank, and 12-hour runtime at full load. Include Tier 4 emissions compliance, automatic voltage regulation, overload protection, and remote monitoring.
Distribution: Five 50-ft cam wires, one 300-amp distro box, five pigtails, one 100-ft Bates cable, one 100-amp box with at least ten 120V outlets, five walkover panels, and one ABC fire extinguisher rated at least 10 lbs.
Delivery and setup: December 31, 2026, between 7:00 and 8:00 a.m.; include a pre-event site visit, basic staff training, and post-event teardown and removal.
Technical support: At least two qualified technicians on-site January 1, 2027, from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot the equipment.
