Switches: Furnish and install one new 400-amp, 480-volt, three-phase, three-position Utility-Off-Generator switch at each site, with an outdoor-rated NEMA 3R enclosure.
Installation: Connect in-line with each existing 400-amp service, including new conductors from the existing disconnect to the switch and onward to existing load-side equipment, all terminations, conduit, fittings, supports, and hardware.
Included work: Provide labor, materials, equipment, permitting drawings, permits, inspections, coordinated shutdowns, testing in all three switch positions, and cleanup. Florida electrical contractor licensing is required.
Schedule and warranty: Substantial completion within 30 calendar days of authorization to proceed, with final completion within 15 days afterward. Include manufacturer warranties and a minimum one-year workmanship warranty.
Pricing: Provide a separate lump-sum price for each location and estimated transfer switch lead times.
