Pricing: Quote journeyman hourly rates for weekdays 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., weekdays after 4:00 p.m., and weekends/holidays, plus the markup percentage on replacement parts. Rates must remain firm for the service period; travel time and fuel surcharges are not billable.
