Please quote repairs to two cooling tower cells at UNLV’s Greenspun Hall, 4505 Maryland Parkway, Las Vegas, NV 89154-1033, with separate pricing for replacement with two new towers.
Equipment: Two existing Marley NC8302EL2 cells, 200 tons each, handle 600 gallons per minute per cell at 95°F entering water, 85°F leaving water, and 78°F wet bulb temperature.
Repairs: Replace fill, drift eliminators, stainless steel fill supports and casing panels, fan cylinders and guards, fan assemblies, gear reducers, couplings, two 10 HP motors, 268 nozzles, and specified stainless steel structural supports; assess and repair deteriorated basins and remaining structural components, including corrosion protection.
Replacement: Use two Marley NC8403MAN2 towers or equivalent; include removal and disposal, lifting equipment, structural engineering and modifications, piping, electrical connections, and controls connection and testing.
Installation: Include labor, materials, permits, inspections, disposal, flushing and water treatment, startup and performance checks, four hours of training, and electronic operating manuals.
Schedule: Work on one tower at a time while keeping one available; normal hours are Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.; finish installation, testing, and startup checks before spring 2027.
Warranty: Include a one-year labor and materials warranty.
