What the job is

Removal: Remove and safely dispose of the existing cooler walls, doors, and cooling units.
Cooler: Bally, 30'9" L x 19'3" W x 8'6" H; minimum 4" urethane panels, embossed white interior and exterior, no floor, and two 60" x 78" Super Doors.
Refrigeration: Two Bally BQZA-025-H8-HT3DD condensing units and two BLP317MA-S1D-SV+ evaporators with SmartVapII controls.
Accessories: Outdoor roof membrane, steel engineered for snow and wind loads, door diamond plate protection, locking bars, tamperproof hardware, heavy strip curtains, 36" exterior diamond plate wainscoting across two walls, four additional 48" LED lights, and moistureproof outdoor switches.
Installation: Include electrical connections, refrigeration piping and insulation, condensate drains, testing, startup, and required permits.
Warranty: Five-year refrigeration parts coverage without proration, one-year labor and 24/7 emergency service, and ten-year panel defect coverage.
Requirements: DCAMM certification, installers with at least five years of experience, worker background checks, and applicable prevailing wages.
Mandatory site meeting: October 28, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time.
