Site visitsInclude nine onsite visits and two virtual meetings, biweekly construction calls, and a unit price for additional construction inspection visits.
ScheduleAnticipated start in late December 2026; final construction documents due March 23, 2027; construction May–November 2027, with closeout in December 2027.
Qualifications and pricingIowa-licensed design professionals and $2 million professional liability coverage required. Provide a lump sum including reimbursables, broken out by construction documents, bidding assistance, and construction phase, plus personnel hourly rates.
