What they need

System replacementDesign replacement heating, cooling, and controls for two non-operational Reznor units serving approximately 9,000 sq. ft. on the west side and 21,000 sq. ft. on the east side. Track east-side cooling addition costs separately.
Design scopeReview the existing HVAC system and include electrical connections, exhaust, air supply/louvers, equipment pads, and ductwork. Complete field verification and create all drawings; existing CAD/PDF drawings are unavailable.
ServicesInclude Iowa-licensed design professionals, construction documents, cost estimates, bidding assistance, construction administration, site observations, and closeout.
ScheduleAnticipated start the week of November 30, 2026; final construction documents by February 2027, with construction April–October 2027 and closeout in November 2027.
PricingProvide a lump sum fee including reimbursables, broken down by design phase, bidding assistance, and construction phase, plus hourly rates and a unit price per construction inspection visit.
