Service period: December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2027, with two optional one-year renewals.
Operator: Provide a Class C wastewater operator to oversee plant operations in compliance with 10 CSR 20-9.020.
Maintenance oversight: Oversee routine maintenance performed by facility staff and provide consultation using industry-standard and manufacturer-recommended schedules.
Testing and documentation: Provide all standard testing and documentation required by 10 CSR 20-9.010.
Operational support: Provide additional plant operations consulting as requested and a contact available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Pricing: Include all service costs in a fixed monthly rate, plus maximum monthly rates for each optional renewal year.
