Scheduled services: 12 quarterly water treatment and preventive maintenance visits, 6 semiannual drinking water/coliform analyses, 6 semiannual Legionella control services, and 3 annual cooling tower cleanings.
Sampling: 14 Legionella samples per semiannual round and 12 coliform/E. coli samples per semiannual round. Include laboratory analysis, sampling supplies, transport, reporting, and Legionella program documentation.
Maintenance: Include chemical treatment, quarterly corrosion coupon testing, controller calibration, and cooling tower cleaning and descaling.
Qualifications: Accredited laboratory facilities, at least two certified factory-trained technicians, Dolphin and Evapco service authorization, QAL categories F and P, and AWT/CWT/ASSE credentials.
Response times: Emergency repairs within 2 hours, emergency testing within 6 hours, and emergency chemical delivery within 48 hours.
Pricing: Provide rates for each scheduled service and separate emergency repair hourly rates during and outside business hours. Estimate 36 hours for each emergency rate over the term; include a $30,000 parts and chemical allowance separately.
