Chemical feed: Two peristaltic metering pumps, one primary and one spare, rated 0.001–0.5 GPH at up to 100 psi, with flow-paced 4–20 mA controls; 45-gallon sodium hypochlorite tank and 50-gallon containment pallet.
Filtration: Two 5-micron cartridge filter housings with 2-inch NPT connections, rated for 50 gpm and 100 psi, plus four spare cartridges. Water treatment equipment must be NSF 61 approved.
Monitoring: Analyzer board with two chlorine and two pH analyzers, associated flow instrumentation, and controls.
Installation: Selective demolition, Schedule 80 PVC pressure piping, chemical injection assemblies, 2-inch static mixer, electrical connections, eyewash/safety shower, and 25 gpm sump pump with a minimum 25-gallon waste container.
Completion: Include startup, calibration, performance testing, operator training, manuals, and one year of instrumentation maintenance. Complete installation by June 23, 2027.
